7 year old Olivia’s world changed in March below her brave Mum talks about what this experience will mean.
“Since Olivia’s diagnosis on 12th March 2026 with a DMG brain tumour, our whole world has changed. The prognosis is very difficult to face, and life has become about taking each day as it comes and making the most of every moment together.
Olivia has already been through 6 weeks of radiotherapy and chemotherapy together, and she is now continuing with chemotherapy. Through all of this, she has shown so much strength.
Holly’s Heroes has given our family something we will never forget. They surprised us with a safari short break, and it meant more than words can explain. Being together, making memories, and seeing Olivia smile while doing things we normally would not have been able to do as a family was priceless.
For us, these moments are everything; time together, little adventures, laughter, and memories we can hold onto forever. We are so grateful to Holly’s Heroes for giving our family this special time.”
