Holly’s Heroes Tees Off in Style With a Sell-Out First Golf Day Raising an Incredible £17,000

What an unforgettable day for Holly’s Heroes.

Our inaugural Holly’s Heroes Golf Day proved to be an overwhelming success, with all 30 team places selling out and an incredible £17,000 raised to support children and families affected by childhood cancer.

Held in memory of Holly and inspired by her courage, determination, and ability to bring people together, the day exceeded all expectations. From the moment the first players arrived to the final presentations in the evening, the atmosphere was filled with friendship, generosity, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

The event brought together 120 golfers, alongside sponsors, supporters, volunteers, friends, and family members, all united by one goal: helping Holly’s Heroes continue its mission of supporting children facing cancer and their families during the toughest times of their lives.

Throughout the day, teams enjoyed competitive golf, fundraising activities, prizes, and plenty of laughs, but the real victory was the remarkable generosity shown by everyone involved. Thanks to sponsorship, team entries, auctions, raffles, and donations, the event raised an outstanding £17,000, a figure that will have a direct impact on the charity’s work in the months ahead.

The sell-out event demonstrated the incredible support Holly’s Heroes continues to receive from the community, local businesses, and supporters who believe in the charity’s mission.
